In the Christmas Spirit!

I hope that everyone had a wonderful Thanksgiving holiday! I had a great Thanksgiving holiday....Lots of family, friends, food, and fun! This holiday season has left me in a festive spirit. Going home for the Holidays!

I am preparing to go home to Arkansas for the Thanksgiving Holidays. I look forward to spending time with my family, eating lots of good food, and getting some much needed rest.
Of course, I will have to take some work with me so that I can create new designs as well as keep tabs on my shop. http://www.touchofbeautydesigns.etsy.com/

As I prepare for the trip, I reflect on the things that I am grateful for: God and my relationship with Him, my 2 beautiful children, family, friends, my job, my business, my passions, etc.

Gratitude of Thanks

As I am scurrying around tonight filling orders, I am so grateful for all of my clients and potential clients. I have completed 7 orders tonight and have been emailed regarding custom designs. Since I have been making sales, orders have been swiftly coming.

University Letters are coming soon!

A client just purchased the above wall decal design which she will be placing in her library.

I have been busy creating a custom design for a client who wants her university spirit to be expressed. She wants giant letters.... MU which is for the University of Missouri. When I have completed the design, I will post it for all to see.

First International Sale is a Success!

Today, I made my first International Sale! I sold a beautiful Christian inspired wall quote that has a lot of sentimentality for me! A lady in Australia purchased the quote, "Be still and know that I am God!" in mocha brown. This is going to look gorgeous.

Touch of Beauty goes International

Touch of Beauty Designs begins shipping internationally. I was emailed last week from a lady in Australia. She asked me would I consider shipping my wall decals to her in Australia! I researched the ins and outs of shipping internationally and decided to go full steam ahead! This opens up a whole new level.

Beautiful photo from a wonderful client

Today, I received a beautiful photo from a wonderful client. She specified her design to be completed in white which popped on her sensational burgundy background! Incidentally, burgundy is my favorite color. The romantic decal was placed over her wedding picture!

It is wonderful to receive client photos! I am very appreciative.

Busy....but having FUN in the process!

The weekend was extremely busy. I had several decal projects going at once and more were coming in! I enjoyed the process of collaborating with my clients on their custom designs. In the collaboration process, I have had the opportunity to meet a lot of new and interesting people.

In this weekend alone, I have had the opportunity to ship to New York, Florida, California and several places in between. I also received an email from Australia this weekend. The lady asked me to consider shipping there! WOW!! It is obviously time for me to expand my horizons!

It has been busy, but I am having FUN in the process!

Family Name Decal for your Home or Wedding

I created an Elegant Monogram and Family Name decal. This decal would be perfect in your home (entryway, formal living room, family room, bedroom, etc.)

The Monogram decal can serve as a gorgeous focal point in your wedding or reception. The decal could be placed on the front of the church door or reception hall. The decal could be placed on the wall behind the cake or bride and groom table.

If you would like to use the decal for dual purposes, the decal could be placed on a canvas that is painted with your wedding colors. The canvas could be placed on an easel and then hung in your home. The ideas are limitless.

This has been a very productive day. I spent time looking at various home decor and home interior resources to provide inspiration for new designs and color schemes. Over the weekend, I created a Welcome Friends, Family, and Loved Ones wall decal for a client who wanted to send a housewarming gift to her sister in another state. I created a beautiful decal and enclosed a "Happy Housewarming" card with a red bow!
